VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

There are numerous ways to share your time and talent at Family Sharing:

The Resale Shop

If you enjoy a retail atmosphere, the Resale Shop may be just the spot for you.  Areas in need of assistance include sorting clothes, tagging clothes, organizing shelves and cash register check out.

The Food Pantry

Our mini-grocery store can use people interested in restocking shelves, sorting food and assisting clients in filling food orders during pantry hours.

Office Work

If clerical work appeals to you, we may have a need from time to time in the office area including client intake, answering phones and general clerical work.

Community Events

Getting the word out about Family Sharing sometimes requires setting up tables at annual community events, passing out brochures and answering questions about our organization.  In addition, we need help several times a year with large food drives.  Volunteers are always needed to assist in these tasks.

Fundraisers

If your time is very limited, consider helping at one of our annual fundraisers.  These fundraisers include special Christmas programs and outdoor tent sales.
