POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Family Sharing will be accepting goods donations & metal recycling items during open store hours ONLY. We will accept sellable items, in good condition, each day we are open until we reach our capacity for that day.
Family Sharing volunteers and staff will be wearing face masks and following social distancing rules. We ask all Family Sharing customers to do the same. Please understand, if customers are not acting safely they may be asked to leave.
Family Sharing will only be accepting small (4x4x4) furniture items for donation.
Family Sharing staff & volunteers will not unload or load items in or out of customer vehicles. However, staff be available to answer any questions you have!
Restrooms will not be available to the public.
Children must be monitored by parent/guardian at all times.
Family Sharing will provide customers with a safe environment that meets CDC guidelines and recommendations.
Family Sharing’s Food Pantry
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak we are working to keep our clients, volunteers and staff safe.
If you are an Ozaukee County resident in need of food please call us at 262-377-0634 x102 to set up an appointment to pick up groceries at Family Sharing’s Food Pantry.

During this difficult time in our community our neighbors need our help more than ever. PLEASE consider supporting us financially as we continue to serve our community.
Family Sharing is able purchase items below normal grocery store costs. That enables us to stretch your donation further. Our website allows you to make a secure donation and receive a receipt for your gift.

Donating Food to Family Sharing
Thank you for your continued support and willingness to give during this time of need. If you are collecting food donations for Family Sharing please keep in mind:
Family Sharing has food donation bins outside of our facility. Bins are clearly marked.
When you arrive please read and follow the signage to the drop off area.
Food donations can be dropped off any day of the week. Family Sharing personnel will be bringing donations inside regularly.
Family Sharing IS NOT taking items for store donations at this time. Please set aside your high quality, sellable items until we reopen our store.
